In response to recent developments in Canada and throughout the world re Coronavirus – COVID-19, we at Hudson Restoration would like to let our concerned customers know that we are conscientiously and actively doing our part to help mitigate the spread of the virus.
As such our staff will be asked to wear N35 protective masks when attending all emergency job sites and post remediation restoration, until the outbreak is contained.
As well, our employees are strongly encouraged to carry hand sanitizer with them at all times. These might seem like small actions against such a fearless agent as the Coronavirus, however, they have big (positive) results. We also encourage public education regarding the Virus …sharing ideas amongst colleagues, friends, and family that have to do with proven practices such as correct hand washing techniques, self isolation and social distancing. We do not support the kind of fear mongering that creates mass hysteria.
Dr. Abdu Sharkawy an Infectious Disease Specialist based in Toronto had some very poignant things to say about COVID-19 –
“I am not scared of Covid-19. I am concerned about the implications of a novel infectious agent that has spread the world over and continues to find new footholes in different soil. I am rightly concerned for the welfare of those who are elderly, in frail health or disenfranchised who stand to suffer mostly, and disproportionately, at the hands of this new scourge.
What I am scared about is the LOSS OF REASON and WAVE OF FEAR that has induced the masses of society into a SPELLBINDING SPIRAL of PANIC…”
At Hudson Restoration we have every confidence that we will prevail past this crisis. Cool heads, common sense and vigilance are our best defence against COVID-19.
With that in mind, Hudson Restoration will CONTINUE ITS SERVICE TO THE COMMUNITY, as it always has, attending to our customers (from a distance!) as we love to do!
For Hudson, IT’S BUSINESS AS USUAL!
